1. Data we collect
We collect only the data needed to provide search, listing intake, listing verification, field data management, and market-price analysis.
- Buyer data such as name, phone, LINE ID, budget, target location, property type, and buying requirements
- Seller or owner data such as name, contact details, relationship to the property, and sale conditions
- Property data such as type, price, size, location, access, approximate coordinates, title deed, and photos
- System records such as submission time, workflow status, edit history, security logs, and consent records
2. How we use the data
- Contact buyers or sellers according to their request
- Filter and match buyer requirements with relevant listings
- Review listing quality before publication
- Manage photos, documents, map pins, and back-office records
- Prevent false data, spam, impersonation, and misuse of the system
3. What may be public
Reviewed listing information may be shown publicly, including property type, price, size, approximate location, listing photos, access, and details useful for buyer screening.
Full contact numbers, title-deed documents, and private documents are not shown publicly unless the data owner permits it or there is a specific written agreement.
4. Sharing data with others
- Internal staff, administrators, field teams, and partners involved in verification
- Buyers or sellers when contact is necessary and consent or a proper reason exists
- System providers such as hosting, database, file storage, domain, and development tools
- Lawyers, specialists, or government agencies when required by law
5. Retention, security, and your rights
We use back-office access controls, separate public files from private files, and keep key history for audit purposes. No online system is 100% secure.
Data owners can request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, objection, or restriction where permitted by law.
To exercise your rights, submit a request through Buyer request or List for free and write “personal data rights request” with a contact channel that can verify your identity.
