1. Role of the website

Property Chiang Rai is a platform that collects, organizes, preliminarily reviews, and presents real-estate information in Chiang Rai. The website is not a land office, not an official appraiser, and does not guarantee ownership unless a separate service agreement says otherwise.

2. Duties of data submitters

• Provide truthful and accurate information that does not mislead others
• Have the right or permission to submit the property information, photos, documents, and details
• Notify the team if price, size, title deed, access, or sale status changes
• Do not submit another person’s private data without permission
• Do not use the system for spam, fraud, impersonation, or listings you have no right to sell

3. Review and publication

The team may review, edit formatting, request more data, reject, hide, or remove a listing when information is incomplete, unreliable, risky, unlawful, or likely to mislead users.

4. Buyer responsibility

Buyers should verify title deed, boundaries, access, encumbrances, zoning, taxes, fees, utilities, contracts, and seller identity with the land office, a lawyer, or relevant specialists before any transaction.

5. Prohibited use and service changes

• Do not submit false data or data that infringes another person’s rights
• Do not upload dangerous files, unlawful files, or documents you cannot publish
• Do not scrape or reuse large amounts of data without permission
• We may improve, limit, or stop parts of the service when appropriate
